Apologies for not providing clickable links on this page. It's those darn spambots that make life miserable for webmasters. Have you ever had to delete over 45 thousand emails on dial-up?
Here is the address and subject line that will get your message safely through my spam filters:
If you want to show off your artwork that was made with ArtStarters, Please do not send any attachments, but DO send links to your work.
Note: Without the appropriate subject line your mail will disappear. I'm only online about once a week, so if you're waiting for a reply and haven't heard from me in 2 weeks, please send the message again.
Thanks to all who suggested firewalls and antivirus programs as a solution for the spam problem, but my site is remotely hosted, so I can not install such software on a server I don't own. SpamAssassin is installed there, and things are a little better since I adjusted the settings to the strictest level, but I still get about a thousand spams a week, and I suspect some valid mails are lost.
I've just started using Google's mail service, holding thumbs that their anti-spam measures might be strong enough...
